Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD50E/20030050) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed for high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.
Features

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to shear and mix the liquid. Its motor has a soft start function, which can smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. With a stepless speed regulation system, the user can precisely control the Rotation speed according to the experimental needs to adapt to the mixing of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjusted) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the experiment.
6. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check whether the load is too large.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the inside of the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
• Please choose the working parameters reasonably according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 10000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 20L).
• When fixing the Impeller, please use the matching wrench to ensure that the collet is tight.
• Do not put your hands or foreign objects near swirling/spinning parts while the equipment is running.
