HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030041) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent splashes. The instrument controls the stirring speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Pass the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument, adjust it to a suitable height, and then fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation.
5. After stirring, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (> 80%).
● Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC.
● Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm and ensure clamping.
● The instrument has an overload protection function. If it triggers an automatic stop and is accompanied by a sound prompt, please check the load.
Pay attention to the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure a smooth placement.
● There are various types of Impeller, please choose the appropriate Impeller according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
