HUXI RWD100E/20030003 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and the stirring speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to experiments with different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and adjust the Rotation speed coarsely or finely through the LED screen and knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure a smooth placement.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
● Processing capacity is 40L, maximum applicable viscosity is 50000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
