HUXI RWD100E/20030044 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Impeller swirl/spin is driven by a motor to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor features soft start technology for smooth operation and safe operation with a closed enclosure and automatic protection.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity (40L) and maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s) of the equipment.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. You need to check the cause before using it again.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• When cleaning, do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the status of the equipment.
