HUXI RWD100E/20030046 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. The product is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument precisely controls the Impeller Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements. The closed housing and overload protection mechanism together ensure the safety and stability of the equipment under long-term high-load operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (coarse and fine adjustment can be carried out).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● The equipment should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● Processing capacity is 40L, maximum applicable viscosity is 50000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
● Note that when the device is overloaded or abnormal, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause in time.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
● According to the liquid viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller type and Rotation speed.
