HUXI RWD100E/20030054 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The top-mounted Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument can precisely control the Rotation speed in the range of 30~ 2200rpm through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and other characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use the wrench chuck to fix the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (coarse or fine adjustment).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
6. After stirring, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
* Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
* Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) specified in the specification.
* Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load before restarting.
The bottom of the instrument is equipped with a non-slip pad, please place it on a stable countertop for operation.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the inside of the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the operation status of the equipment.
