HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030056) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
Impeller swirl/spin is used to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. Stepless speed regulation allows the stirring speed to be precisely adjusted according to experimental requirements and smooth operation is ensured by soft start technology.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment settings.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, please check the load.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
• Handle liquids with a maximum viscosity of not more than 50000mPa · s.
