Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function, which can smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The device uses a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the experimental needs to achieve a gentle or strong stirring effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob (coarse or fine adjustment).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Check whether the Power supply voltage is in the range of 100-240VAC before use.
• Impeller installation must be secure to prevent peeling at high speed swirling/spinning.
• When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects near the swirling/spinning parts.
• The device has an overload protection function. If it automatically stops due to excessive load triggering protection, please check the reason and reduce the load before restarting.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the instrument.
