Principle
The Impeller swirl/spin motor is used to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function for smooth operation. The instrument is designed with a closed case and has automatic protection against overload and abnormal conditions to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the application requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply, and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarsely or finely adjusted) through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment to stir.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. Turn off the power after use.

• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
Processing capacity is up to 40L and maximum liquid viscosity is 50000mPa · s.
• Drill chuck clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm.
• The device has an overload protection function, and a sound prompt will be issued and automatically stopped when there is an abnormality.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure smooth placement.
