HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030088) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed to be capable of high-load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
Impeller swirl/spin motor is used to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses soft start technology for smooth operation and precise control of stirring speed through stepless speed regulation. The enclosed enclosure and automatic protection function together ensure the safety and stability of the equipment under long-term and high-load operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment settings through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
7. Turn off the power after stirring.

● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, please check the load.
Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure its smooth placement.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller and working parameters according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
When cleaning, avoid liquid splashing into the instrument.
