Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030085) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.
Features
1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument controls the Impeller Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample viscosity and container.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob (coarse or fine adjustment).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
● Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃ and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
● Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) within the allowable range of specifications.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. If it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
● Note that the device Protection Rating is IP42, do not use in an environment beyond this Protection Rating.
● There are various types of Impeller, please choose according to the specific application (e.g. viscosity, mixing strength).
● When the equipment is running, make sure it is placed smoothly and use a non-slip pad to enhance Stability.
