Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030002) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed for high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device mixes liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. Its closed housing and automatic protection mechanisms such as overload protection work together to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment under long-term and high-load operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the mixing requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use the wrench chuck to fix the Impeller.
4, turn on the power supply, through the LED screen and speed knob to set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine adjustment).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
7. Turn off the power after the work is completed.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load before starting.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the instrument.
● Processing capacity is 40L, maximum applicable viscosity is 50000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
