Overview
HUXI RWD100E/20030065 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The instrument precisely controls the Rotation speed of the Impeller through stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Please use under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range, Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• Note that the maximum Processing capacity of the instrument is 40L and the maximum viscosity is 50000mPa · s.
• The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt or stop automatically, please check the load.
• Use a non-slip pad to ensure that the instrument is firmly placed.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the state of the instrument.
