HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030068) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure a smooth start. With a stepless speed regulation system, users can precisely adjust the Rotation speed of the Impeller as needed to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities. The closed housing and overload protection mechanism work together to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment during long-term continuous operation.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and other characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the coarse and fine adjustment functions of the control panel.
4. Start the device and the motor will start running softly.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, please check the load.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the inside of the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
Processing capacity is 40L, the maximum applicable viscosity is 50000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the equipment, please place it on a stable table to operate.
