HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030073) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin motor to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The device adopts a stepless speed regulation mode, which can precisely adjust the stirring speed according to the experimental needs to deal with liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt, automatic stop), please check the load condition.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
• There are many types of Impellers available, please choose according to the specific application scenario (e.g. viscosity, desired flow type).
