HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030094) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is designed with a closed case to prevent liquid splashing and to ensure safe operation with automatic protection against overload and abnormal conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the application requirements.
2. Fix the Impeller through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod without adjusting the height of the instrument.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen, set the required Rotation speed.
6. Start the equipment, and the motor soft starts to work.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Power supply voltage needs to match (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
Processing capacity does not exceed 40L, maximum viscosity does not exceed 50000mPa · s.
● Drill chuck clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● Note that when the instrument is overloaded or abnormal, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause in time.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
● A variety of Impellers are available, please choose the appropriate type and size according to the specific application (e.g. viscosity, mixing strength requirements).
