HUXI RWD100E/20030036 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and stepless speed regulation precisely controls the stirring speed to adapt to different viscosity and mixing needs.

Steps
1. According to the viscosity and mixing requirements of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument, and adjust the installation position of the stirring rod as needed without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (support coarse and fine adjustment).
4. Start the device, the motor will start softly, and the Impeller will start working.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the operation of the instrument.
6. After stirring, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load before restarting.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the inside of the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
• The bottom of the instrument is equipped with a non-slip pad, please ensure that it works on a smooth countertop.
• Please use it reasonably according to the Processing capacity (maximum 40L) and the maximum viscosity of the liquid (50000mPa · s) to avoid overload operation.
