Overview
HUXI RWD100E/20030039 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted during operation, and can handle high load and long-term continuous work. The product has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Soft start technology is used to ensure smooth operation, and safety of operation is guaranteed by closed enclosures and automatic protection mechanisms. Users can choose different types of Impellers according to their needs to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetrating hole on the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine-tuned) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time according to the needs during the mixing process.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the Impeller and instrument.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC.
● Permissible Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 5~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The instrument is equipped with overload protection. If there is an abnormal sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load.
Do not forcibly move or touch the stirring parts while the instrument is running.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and prevent liquids from entering the instrument.
