Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by means of a motor-driven stirring rod and blade swirl/spin. The motor uses soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The equipment has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions, and is automatically stopped by sound prompts to ensure experimental safety.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole, without adjusting the overall installation height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse adjustment or fine adjustment setting through LED screen and knob, the instrument can also be adjusted during operation.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (> 80%).
● Power supply voltage is within 100-240VAC range before use.
When the drill chuck clamps the stirring rod, make sure that the rod diameter is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm.
The device has an overload protection function. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
Do not allow liquids to splash into the inside of the instrument. A closed enclosure can provide protection, but it is still necessary to operate with care.
● There are various types of Impeller, please choose the appropriate Impeller according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
When the equipment is running, make sure it is placed smoothly and use its safety anti-skid pad.
