Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030076) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product has outstanding performance and is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its closed housing and soft start design ensure smooth and safe operation, while the through hole design facilitates the installation and height adjustment of the stirring rod.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment settings.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

● Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check the load.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
● The maximum Processing capacity of this product is 40L and the maximum viscosity is 50000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
