HUXI RWD100E/20030077 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, and is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is designed for safe and convenient operation through closed enclosures and Impeller penetrations.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (support coarse and fine adjustment).
5. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to stir.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. Turn off the power after the experiment.
Notice
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● Permissible Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 5~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The instrument is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions, and will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. At this time, the load should be checked.
The instrument housing is a closed design, but care needs to be taken to prevent large amounts of liquid from splashing in.
The bottom is equipped with a non-slip pad, please ensure that the instrument is placed on a stable countertop.
Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 50000mPa · s or the Processing capacity of 40L.
