Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030078) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix the liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration and protection against sample splashing. The closed housing and perforation design help protect the motor and easily adjust the mixing depth to suit the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities and volumes.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarse or fine-tuned) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. Turn off the power after stirring, remove the Impeller and clean it.
Notice
• Please use under Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and Frequency (50/60Hz).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has overload and abnormal protection functions (sound prompt and automatic stop), and the load should be checked when prompted.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (up to 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (up to 40L).
• Regularly clean the equipment casing to prevent liquids or dust from entering.
