Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030058) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. Its motor has a soft start function, which allows for smooth acceleration and prevents sample splashing. The device uses a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the needs to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity, and generate tangential, axial or radial flow during operation to achieve efficient stirring.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (coarse or fine adjustment) through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to work.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the experiment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has overload and abnormal protection functions (sound prompt and automatic stop), and should be checked in time when prompted.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not let the liquid splash into the inside of the instrument to maintain its protective performance.
• Processing capacity is 40L, maximum applicable viscosity is 50000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
