HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030059) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium to high viscosity liquids. Principle
The device mixes liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its enclosed housing and motor soft-start design ensure smooth and safe operation. Users can choose different types of Impeller according to their needs to adapt to the mixing needs of different viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Before use, make sure that the diameter of the stirring rod held by the drill chuck is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
• Impeller fixing requires a special wrench chuck to ensure firm installation.
• The instrument housing is a closed design, but care needs to be taken to prevent large amounts of liquid from splashing in.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
