HUXI RWD100E/20030096 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts LED screen display, supports rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed, can adjust Rotation speed during operation, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety, capable of high load and long-term continuous work.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The instrument has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions, and guarantees the safety of equipment and experiments through sound prompts and automatic stops.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply, and set the rough and fine adjustment of Rotation speed through the LED screen and control knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. If you need to adjust the Rotation speed during the experiment, you can operate it directly under the running state of the instrument.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
• Make sure the Impeller is properly installed and fastened before use to prevent peeling during operation.
• Pay attention to the overload protection function of the instrument. When there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check the load condition.
• The enclosed case can prevent liquid from splashing in, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided from being spilled directly on the instrument.
• Please use the matching wrench chuck to fix the Impeller to ensure that the clamping is firm.
• The instrument has a non-slip pad, please place it on a stable table to operate.
