Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030060) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix liquids. The motor has a soft start function, which allows for smooth acceleration and prevents splashing. The instrument controls the Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity, and can be adjusted in real time during operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the instrument and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during the mixing process.
6. Turn off the power after use, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and Humidity (≤ 80%).
● Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC.
● Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
The instrument is equipped with overload protection. If it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
Pay attention to the anti-skid pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure a smooth placement.
When stirring high-viscosity liquids, it is recommended to start at medium and low speeds to avoid splashing.
When cleaning, do not let liquids enter the inside of the instrument.
