HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030062) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. Its motor has a soft start function to smoothly accelerate and prevent sample splashing. The instrument controls the Rotation speed of the Impeller through a stepless speed control system to adapt to different viscosity and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Fix the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) on the instrument drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Insert the Impeller into the container of the liquid to be mixed, and the position of the stirring rod can be adjusted by using the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the height of the instrument.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment through the control panel, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (> 80%).
● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The instrument is equipped with overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. At this time, the load should be checked.
● The bottom of the instrument is equipped with a non-slip pad, please ensure that it is used on a smooth table.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
When cleaning, do not allow liquids to splash into the enclosure of the instrument.
