Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030095) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design to be capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.
Features
1. LED screen display, Rotation speed can be coarse and fine-tuned, and Rotation speed can also be adjusted during the operation of the instrument.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix liquids. The motor has a soft start function, which starts smoothly, and can precisely control the Rotation speed of the Impeller through stepless speed regulation to adapt to liquids of different viscosities. The closed housing and overload protection mechanism ensure the safety and Stability of the equipment under long-term high-load operation.

Steps
Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it to the drill chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5 to 10mm).
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the bracket through the Impeller penetration hole, without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
4. Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment through the LED screen and speed knob, set the required Rotation speed (range 30~ 2200rpm).
5. Start the equipment, the motor soft start starts to work, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time during operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum Processing capacity (40L) and maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s).
• Note that the device has overload and abnormal protection functions, and will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop when triggered.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
• Impeller fixing requires a special wrench chuck to ensure firm installation.
• According to the liquid viscosity and mixing requirements, choose the appropriate Impeller type (such as standard round six-hole fan Impeller or Miscellaneous optional type).
