HUXI RWD100E/20030063 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. This product is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its enclosed housing and soft start design ensure smooth and safe operation, and the Impeller type and Rotation speed can be adjusted to suit liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be mixed, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
The device has an overload protection function. If you hear a prompt tone and stop automatically, please check the load.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the instrument.
When the equipment is running, please ensure that it is placed smoothly and fixed with a non-slip pad.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (maximum 40L).
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the equipment status.
