HUXI RWD100E/20030061 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It features an overhead design for high-load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. Its motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration and prevention of sample splashing. The device precisely controls the Rotation speed of the Impeller through a stepless speed regulation system to adapt to different viscosity liquids and mixing requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Fix the Stirrer in place through the bracket, and adjust the height of the stirring rod by using the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
4. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the control panel, set the required Rotation speed.
5. Start the mixing experiment, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time according to the needs during operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please find out the reason before using it.
• Please pay attention to safety when using. The bottom of the device is equipped with a non-slip pad, which should be placed on a stable countertop.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument to ensure the safety and lifespan of the equipment.
• The maximum Processing capacity of this product is 40L, and the maximum applicable viscosity is 50000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
