HUXI RWD100E/20030033 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product has outstanding performance and is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses a soft start mode to run smoothly, and the Rotation speed of the Impeller is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be mixed and the container.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (40L).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load before starting.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and prevent liquids from entering the instrument.
