HUXI RWD100E/20030032 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor uses soft start technology for smooth operation and automatic protection against overloads and abnormalities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Fix the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) to the drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod to the appropriate height.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through the LED screen, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to work.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
● Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, the allowable relative humidity is 80%.
The device has an overload protection function, which will prompt and automatically stop when triggered.
The device has a motor protection function, which will prompt and automatically stop when abnormal.
● Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity (40L) and maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s).
Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure a smooth placement.
● There are various types of Impeller, please choose the appropriate Impeller according to the medium viscosity (medium and high viscosity) and stirring requirements (such as mild stirring, high shear, anti-deposition, etc.).
