Overview
HUXI RWD100E/20030031 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device mixes medium to high viscosity liquids by driving the Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and is equipped with automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (can be coarsely or finely adjusted) through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (40L).
● Drill chuck clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
Pay attention to the running sound of the equipment. If there is overload protection (sound prompt and automatic stop), please check the load.
● The equipment has a non-slip pad, please place it on a smooth, drying countertop for use.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply to prevent liquids from entering the equipment.
● A variety of Impellers are available, please choose according to the actual application scenario (such as liquid viscosity, required stirring strength).
