HUXI RWD100E/20030049 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The device is designed with a closed case to prevent liquid splashing and has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob (coarse/fine adjustment).
6. Start the equipment to stir.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

● Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
● Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (40L).
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The device has an overload protection function. When triggered, there will be a sound prompt and it will stop automatically. Please check the load.
The equipment is equipped with a motor protection function, which will automatically stop when abnormal.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
● Please select the appropriate Impeller type and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity and container.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
