Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030050) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted in operation, and has motor soft start, closed splash-proof housing, Impeller penetration hole and other designs, outstanding performance, capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids with a motor-driven stirring rod and blade swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation and precise control of Rotation speed through stepless speed regulation. The closed housing and overload protection mechanism work together to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment under long-term high-load operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred (e.g. viscosity).
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (support coarse and fine adjustment).
5. Start the equipment, the motor soft start starts to work, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted according to the needs during operation.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage range (100-240VAC) and rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the allowable range of the drill chuck (0.5~ 10mm).
• The equipment is equipped with overload and abnormal protection (sound prompt, automatic stop), and the working condition should be checked when you hear the prompt tone.
• Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
• The maximum viscosity of the processing liquid does not exceed 50000mPa · s, and the maximum Processing capacity does not exceed 40L.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument, even though the enclosure is closed.
