HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030092) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has an automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with a motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation and safe operation with a closed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate position through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment to stir.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (80%).
Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (100-240VAC, 50/60Hz).
● Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
The equipment is equipped with overload protection. If there is a sound prompt and it stops automatically, please check the load.
● Note that the maximum processing capacity of the equipment is 40L, and the maximum viscosity is 50000mPa · s. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
