Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030093) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection functions for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The device drives the stirring rod and the blade swirl/spin through the motor to mix the medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function, which can smoothly increase the Rotation speed and prevent the liquid from splashing. The device has a built-in protection mechanism, which will automatically stop and issue an audible prompt in case of overload or abnormal conditions to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred and install it.
2. Pass the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument, adjust it to a suitable height and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the control panel (can be coarse or fine-tuned).
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. Turn off the power after stirring, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The equipment has overload protection. If it emits a prompt tone and stops automatically during operation, please check whether the load is too large.
Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the inside of the instrument, despite the protective design of the housing.
• Please choose the working parameters reasonably according to the Processing capacity (maximum 40L) and liquid viscosity (maximum 50000mPa · s).
• When fixing the Impeller, please use the matching wrench to ensure that the collet is tight.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
