Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD100E/20030082) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes liquids by motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. Its soft-start function makes the start-up process smooth and prevents splashes. The user can precisely control the Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed knob to adapt to liquids of different viscosities. The closed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism work together to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under high loads for a long time.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument.
3. Adjust the position of the Impeller in the container to the appropriate depth.
4. Turn on the power and set the desired Rotation speed through the knob on the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Equipment Permissible Ambient Temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (40L).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. When triggered, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause before using it.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument to ensure smooth placement.
When cleaning, avoid liquids entering the instrument.
