Overview
HUXI LED overhead Stirrer (model RWD100E/20030084) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The machine drives the Impeller swirl/spin motor to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation, and can precisely control the stirring speed through stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred.
2. Install the stirring rod through the penetration hole on the top of the instrument and adjust it to the appropriate height.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
7. After stirring is complete, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity (50000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (40L).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check the load.
• Please clean the equipment in time after use to prevent liquid residual corrosion.
• The equipment shell has a non-slip pad, please place it on a smooth countertop for operation.
