HUXI RWD150E/20030041 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by motor-driven stirring rod and blade swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function for smooth start, and a stepless speed control system precisely controls the Rotation speed to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample viscosity and container and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the device and start stirring after the motor soft starts.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring, turn off the power, remove the Impeller and clean it.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (80%).
● Power supply voltage is within 100-240VAC range before use.
When the drill chuck clamps the stirring rod, make sure that the rod diameter is within the range of 0.5 to 10mm and firmly fixed.
The device has an overload protection function. When there is an abnormal sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load condition.
Do not splash liquid into the inside of the instrument to maintain its protective performance.
● Please use the equipment reasonably according to the Processing capacity (maximum 60L) and the maximum viscosity of the liquid (80000mPa · s).
● There are various types of Impeller, please choose the correct one according to the application scenario (such as mild stirring, high shear, low speed anti-deposition, etc.).
