HUXI RWD150E/20030043 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is safe to operate with a closed case and an automatic protection mechanism.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and perform the mixing operation.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Ambient Temperature should be between 5 and 40 ° C and relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Note that the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The instrument has overload and abnormal protection functions. When you hear a sound prompt or the device automatically stops, please check the load condition.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is firmly placed.
Processing capacity is up to 60L, and the maximum viscosity of the liquid does not exceed 80000mPa · s.
• Please choose the appropriate type from a variety of optional Impellers according to the liquid viscosity and mixing requirements.
• When cleaning, please note that the Protection Rating is IP42 to avoid a large amount of liquid entering the inside of the instrument.
