HUXI RWD150E/20030040 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The device is driven by the motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids. The motor uses soft start technology to ensure smooth operation. The device has an automatic protection function for overloads and abnormal situations, and ensures safety through audible prompts and automatic stops.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics.
2. Fix the Impeller rod to the drill chuck through the wrench chuck (clamping diameter range 0.5~ 10mm).
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the instrument to a suitable height.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60HZ).
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment setting through LED screen and speed control knob (range 30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device, and the motor soft starts to work.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
8. At the end of the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Note that the maximum Processing capacity of the device is 60L and the maximum liquid viscosity is 80000mPa · s.
• Please select the appropriate Impeller type and size according to the application requirements.
• The equipment has overload and motor protection functions, and will issue an audible prompt and automatically stop. In this case, please check the load.
• The non-slip pad at the bottom of the instrument helps to stabilize the placement, please ensure that the placement is smooth.
• Closed enclosures are splash-proof, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided from splashing directly onto the instrument.
• Clean Impeller and related parts after use.
