Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030003 LED Top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic protection for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device drives the Impeller swirl/spin through the motor to mix the liquid. Its motor has a soft start function, which can accelerate smoothly and prevent the sample from splashing. The closed case design can effectively protect the liquid from entering the inside of the instrument. The user can choose different types of Impeller according to the needs to adapt to the mixing needs of different viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the viscosity and other characteristics of the liquid to be mixed.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
3. Use a wrench chuck to secure the Impeller.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and the speed control knob (support coarse and fine adjustment).
5. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range. Frequency 50/60Hz.
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has overload and abnormal protection functions, and will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. In this case, please check the cause.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• Do not allow large amounts of liquid to splash into the instrument housing, although it has certain protective capabilities (IP42).
When working continuously for a long time, please pay attention to the status of the equipment.
• A variety of Impellers are available, depending on the specific application (e.g. liquid viscosity, required stirring strength).
