Overview
HUXI LED Top-mounted Stirrer (model: RWD150E/20030045) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It is designed to be capable of high-load, long-term continuous work, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure experimental safety.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. The motor has a soft start function for smooth acceleration, and the rotation speed is precisely controlled by stepless speed regulation to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Insert and fix the stirring rod through the penetration hole at the bottom of the instrument.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed is set through the coarse and fine adjustment functions of the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. If there is an abnormal sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly.
• Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument.
• Handle liquids with a maximum viscosity not exceeding 80000mPa · s.
