HUXI RWD150E/20030046 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It uses LED screen display, supports Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment, can be adjusted during operation, and has automatic overload and abnormal protection functions to ensure laboratory safety, capable of high load and long continuous work.

Principle
The Stirrer mixes medium to high viscosity liquids with a motor-driven Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation and safe operation with a closed enclosure and automatic protection mechanism.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole without adjusting the height of the instrument.
3, turn on the power supply, through the LED screen and knob Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment settings.
4, start equipment, motor soft start start stirring, operation can be adjusted according to the need Rotation speed.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.

● Please ensure that it is used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ℃) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
● Note Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency is 50/60HZ.
● Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, do not use beyond the range.
● The device has overload and abnormal protection functions, which will prompt and automatically stop when triggered. Please find out the reason before using it.
● Use non-slip pads to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
Do not let liquids splash into the inside of the instrument, even though the enclosure is closed.
● Processing capacity is 60L, maximum viscosity is 80000mPa · s, do not exceed the limit.
