HUXI RWD150E/20030007 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids by motor drive Impeller swirl/spin. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument adjusts the Rotation speed by stepless speed regulation to adapt to different viscosity and mixing needs. The closed enclosure and automatic protection function work together to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under high load for a long time.

Steps
1. According to the sample viscosity and mixing requirements, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed coarse adjustment or fine adjustment setting through LED screen and speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during operation.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Make sure the Impeller is properly installed and fastened before use.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin parts when the device is running.
• Pay attention to the overload protection function of the instrument. If you hear a sound prompt and stop automatically, please check the load.
• Keep the equipment housing closed to prevent liquid from splashing in.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
