Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030053 LED top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts top-mounted design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a motor to drive the stirring rod and blade swirl/spin to mix medium and high viscosity liquids in the container. It adopts a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the needs. The motor has a soft start function to ensure a smooth start and prevent sample splashing. The instrument has a built-in overload and abnormal protection mechanism. In abnormal cases, it will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop to ensure the safety of equipment and experiments.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred (e.g. viscosity).
2. Secure the Impeller rod (diameter 0.5~ 10mm) to the Stirrer drill chuck through the wrench chuck.
3. Use the Impeller penetration hole to adjust the installation position of the stirring rod on the bracket to a suitable height without adjusting the overall height of the instrument.
4. Power on (100-240VAC, 50/60Hz).
5. Rotation speed coarse and fine adjustment through the control panel, set the required Rotation speed (30~ 2200rpm).
6. Start the device, the motor will soft start to the set Rotation speed.
7. Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time as needed during the experiment.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in the range of 100-240VAC, Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• Processing capacity is 60L, maximum applicable viscosity is 80000mPa · s, please do not exceed the limit.
• If there is an abnormality such as overload during operation, the device will issue a sound prompt and automatically stop. Please check the cause before using it.
• Pay attention to the non-slip pad at the bottom of the device to ensure smooth placement.
• Closed enclosures can prevent liquid from splashing in, but large amounts of liquid should still be avoided on the instrument.
• Please select the most suitable Impeller for the current experimental medium according to the various Impeller types listed in the product features and their application descriptions.
