HUXI RWD150E/20030056 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product is capable of high load, long-term continuous operation, outstanding performance, and automatic overload and abnormal protection to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The device is driven by a motor Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument is designed with a closed case to prevent liquid splashing and to ensure safe operation with automatic protection against overload and abnormal conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the application requirements.
2. Install the stirring rod through the Impeller penetration hole and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Use the wrench chuck to fix the Impeller.
4. Connect the power supply.
5. Rotation speed coarse or fine adjustment through LED screen, start the device.
6. Rotation speed can be adjusted as needed during equipment operation.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the rated Frequency (50/60HZ).
• Impeller clamping diameter range is 0.5~ 10mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• The device has an overload protection function. When the protection is triggered (sound prompt and automatically stop), please check the load condition.
• Note the maximum Processing capacity (60L) and maximum viscosity (80000mPa · s) limits of the equipment.
Do not let the liquid splash into the inside of the instrument to maintain its protective performance.
• The equipment base is equipped with a non-slip pad, please place it on a smooth countertop for use.
