HUXI RWD150E/20030087 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety. Principle
The overhead Stirrer mixes medium and high viscosity liquids with an Impeller swirl/spin motor. The motor has a soft start function to ensure smooth operation. The instrument uses a stepless speed regulation mode, and the user can monitor and precisely adjust the Rotation speed through the LED screen to adapt to the mixing needs of liquids of different viscosity.

Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the liquid to be stirred, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the Impeller penetration hole.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and speed control knob.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. Rotation speed can be adjusted in real time as needed during the mixing process.
6. After stirring, turn off the power, remove the Impeller, and clean it.

• Please make sure to use it at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (100-240VAC) matches the local power grid.
• Impeller clamping diameter should be within the range of 0.5~ 10mm.
• The equipment has overload protection. When there is an abnormal sound prompt or automatic stop, please check the load.
• Do not allow a large amount of liquid to splash into the instrument housing to maintain its protective performance.
• There is a non-slip pad at the bottom of the device, please place it on a stable countertop to operate.
