Overview
HUXI RWD150E/20030086 LED overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts an overhead design, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure experimental safety.

Principle

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample characteristics and install it.
2. Adjust the stirring rod to the appropriate height through the penetration hole and fix it.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed through the LED screen and knob.
4. Start the equipment, and the Rotation speed can be finely adjusted according to the needs during operation.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 40 ° C) or relative humidity (> 80%).
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• Pay attention to the diameter range of the drill chuck clamping (0.5~ 10mm), and do not use it beyond the limit.
• The equipment has overload protection. When it sounds and stops automatically, please check the load.
• Use non-slip mats to ensure stable placement of the equipment.
• Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity (up to 80000mPa · s) and Processing capacity (up to 60L).
• Regularly check whether the Impeller is firmly fixed.
